Driver who hit surveyors was drunk

Authorities said the motorist whose car hit and killed a land surveyor working alongside Interstate 95 in November was drunk.
The Florida Highway Patrol arrested 43-year-old Lisa Ann Green today on a charge of DUI manslaughter in the death of Michael McAndrews, Lt. Bill Leeper said.
The Times-Union previously reported that Green had a history of drunk driving. Authorities took away her license twice for that offense and also suspended it after other violations including speeding, state records showed.
