TRAVERSE PC INC., Florence, Ore., announces the release of TPC Desktop V9.5 on January 3, 2007. V9.5 adds support for AutoCAD 2007, Microsoft .NET 2005, Pacsoft, DCA R10 and Thales Z-Max. It includes spell checking, slope analysis, ALTA/ASCM 2005 Minimum Standards and plat checking. The plat checking includes a whole host of tools to check CAD drawings and legal descriptions at specified precisions and report the closures in both text and Excel formats. The drawing commands in V9.5 have been improved and include additions like offsets and rotation. V9.5 also includes the first change to the Traverse / Quick View interface in almost 20 years plus dozens of user suggestions.
