WOODRIDGE, Ill --- V3 Companies Ltd. announces that Rob Getz has been promoted to Director of Land Strategies Services. Getz has spent the last two years growing the Land Strategies service line for V3, which includes advising clients on the highest and best use of their land assets. In addition to helping clients position and entitle their land for development or redevelopment, V3’s Land Strategies team has been active assisting individuals, corporations or financial institutions better position their distressed land assets. Getz’ history – he spent ten years focusing on designing, managing and entitling land development projects, most recently for Pulte Homes – has provided the expertise to help V3 clients make the most of their land asset in the current economic environment.

“Rob has earned this promotion due to his knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market and his unbridled passion achieving success for his clients,” said Patrick Kennedy, President of V3 Companies Ltd. Getz brings practical experience to understanding land use dynamics from numerous perspectives, also serving on the Village of Lisle Plan Commission.

In addition, Getz brings key capabilities that support V3’s full range of services performing site civil engineering, infrastructure, construction management, surveying and natural resources consulting. A licensed Professional Engineer and real estate broker, Getz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and his Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to achieving his land acquisition and entitlement experience, Getz worked for engineering firms and utility providers. He believes his background provides the proper proving ground for assisting V3’s clients.
