MorePHILADELPHIA, PA -Vollmer Associates LLP has been awarded a contract by the Norris Civic Association (NSCA) for land surveying and civil engineering services involving the consolidation of 144 lots into 48 new lots.
The proposed site for this project is bounded by Hope, Howard, Waterloo and West Cumberland Streets in Philadelphia. Design work is expected to be complete in 2006 and stakeout of the foundation will be complete by June of 2007.
Services will include topographic surveying and planning for the existing 144 lots, lot consolidation and subdivision plans, zoning plans, zoning processing, grading and utility plans, stormwater management, legal descriptions, and stake out of foundations.
NSCA was founded in 1982 by a group of young mothers who wanted to improve the neighborhood and motivate residents of the community to take action in creating a better and safer place for their children. They dedicated their time to improving environmental, educational and social aspects of the neighborhood.
