C&S Engineers Inc., Syracuse, N.Y., acquired Hollis Engineering Inc., Orlando, Fla. Hollis Engineering has more than 20 years' experience in land development consulting, site/civil engineering and surveying across Florida and will complement C&S' engineering, environmental and construction services. Phillip Hollis, PE, former president of Hollis Engineering, is now a vice president of C&S Engineers.
