C&S Companies Aquire Hollis Engineering, Inc.

Syracuse, New York, May 11, 2006 - C&S Engineers, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has acquired Hollis Engineering, Inc., of Orlando, Florida.

Syracuse, New York, May 11, 2006 - C&S Engineers, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has acquired Hollis Engineering, Inc., of Orlando, Florida. Hollis Engineering has more than 20 years of experience in land development consulting, site/civil engineering, and surveying across Florida and will complement C&S's full engineering, environmental, and construction services. Phillip Hollis, P.E., president of Hollis Engineering, is now a vice president of C&S Engineers. "This collaboration will allow us to retain and recruit top professionals to our staff, and diversify our service offerings. With the strength of C&S behind us, we will be able to accept more work and deliver projects more efficiently," said Hollis. Orrin MacMurray, P.E., president of C&S Engineers stated "C&S is excited to join forces with a firm that is as respected and skilled as Hollis Engineering. Our goal is to contribute to the quality and service clients have come to expect from Hollis, while building our business in Central Florida and throughout the state." Two staff members from C&S's headquarters relocated to the Orlando office. Steven Calocerinos, P.E., is a managing engineer, and William Nipps is a designer.

C&S Engineers was founded in Syracuse, New York, in 1968. The firm provides professional and technical services to government, public sector, and private sector clients across the country. The firm has additional offices in Buffalo and Binghamton, New York; Cleveland, Ohio; Detroit, Michigan; and San Diego, California. C&S has work experience in Florida; The firm worked on a residential sound insulation program in Key West, and C&S was recently selected as the program manager for a 700-home residential sound insulation program in Boca Raton.
