The above deed is a description from a survey performed 8-27-87 by xxxx and Associates filed as xxxx with the xxxxx County Circuit Clerk. The survey is in direct conflict with the prior deeds and the adjorner to the North and East. The original deed went began at the centerline of the county road and was square in description. The adjoiner to the North and East deed is described to the existing fenceline. This survey is a representation of the description of the deeds recorded xxxx-608, xxxx-992, xxxx-328, xxxx-901, xxxx-664, xxx-208, xxx-57 all are consistent and were verified in the field.
