I have an old sub. map that shows distances along curves. There is a statement on the map that says that "the length of all curved lot lines are measured in chords of 50 feet each". So if I have a total map distance along a curve of 425.4 feet, and the map gives a deflection angle of 4°50' for 50' chords, how do I calc the actual arc distance using the arc definition of a curve? How about the total delta for the curve? The map radius is 297.77 feet.
