Pottstown, Pa. – Bursich Associates, Inc., a full-service civil engineering firm based in Pottstown, Pa., has hired Anthony J. Marinello, CPA, as finance director and Kayla K. Stauffer as business development coordinator.

Tony comes to Bursich with more than 20 years experience in accounting and finance. He was most recently the assistant manager of financial reporting at Wawa, Inc. and before that was accounting manager for QVC, Inc. His primary goal will be to ensure the firm’s continued success in the areas of accounting and financial operations for the firm.

Tony graduated from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he has a Master’s Degree from Penn State University.

Kayla joins Bursich with five years experience in Marketing and Business Development. Previously, she worked with an engineering firm in Philadelphia and most recently worked for home builder T.H. Properties. Kayla will be working alongside Brian Fraley, director of business development, to assist in all marketing and business development efforts.
