Clark County, Ohio initially began their LBRS project with DDTI to accurately map landline and wireless calls to 9-1-1, and to clean and update the engineer's existing address database. Due to the highly accurate centerline data that was provided, Clark County received additional benefits from the project. Bruce Smith, Clark County Engineer, elaborates, "As a result of the DDTI LBRS data deliverable, Traffic Safety Analysis Systems and Services, Inc. (TSASS) was able to locate an additional 120 hazardous roadway segments that may qualify for additional roadway safety improvement funding. This has been a huge benefit to us, and the hazardous roadway recognition will only improve in the future. Taking the time to locate the funding and working with DDTI on creating the data was well worth our efforts."
