Tripod Data Systems (TDS) unveiled its Ranger 200C hand-held computer, featuring large 320 x 240 pixel active matrix color and touch-screen display. Other features include Windows CE 3.0 running on a 206 MHz StrongARM CPU with 64 MB of SDRAM and 128 MB of flash disk storage, integrated 10base T Ethernet, damage resistant construction, and a NiMH battery that provides up to 40 hours without a recharge.
