Professional A/E services are required for the following: civil engineering consultation, site surveys, P-line surveys, road, bridge and facility design, material and construction specifications, cost estimates, construction staking, quality assurance construction, contract administration, technical bridge inspection and sampling and testing of construction materials. All work will be done on a task order basis with a brief description of work and project location. All work will be located within the Idaho Panhandle National Forests in Washington. The government may award multiple indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity five-year contracts. Work will begin in February 2002. Professional qualifications include experience and technical competence, capacity to accomplish the work in the required time frame, past performance on contracts with the government and location in the general geographical area of the project as well as computer capabilities. Interested firms must respond by submitting three copies of standard forms SF-254, A/E related services questionnaires and SF-255. Forms are available at http://www.gsa.gov/forms.
