Through an XML program, The Blue Book will be able to search each of the United States Army Corps.’ 42 district websites and extract General Contract bid solicitations. The information is then organized and promoted under an appropriate regional category in The Blue Book’s BidScope, a free service that allows vendors to find local and regional projects targeted to their specific trade.
