NovaLIS Technologies, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and TerraSoft, Clearwater, Fla., have teamed up under an agreement to provide a customized Geodatabase Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal and Assessment Administration (CAMA/AA) System for Alachua County, Fla. This agreement follows similar agreements with Volusia County, Fla. and the City of Calgary, AB, to develop customized CAMA/AA systems for use in those jurisdictions. The custom solution for Alachua will be GIS ingetrated using Geodatabase technology from ESRI’s Arc 8.X, and will include an integrated workflow to facilitate tracking and managing the office’s appraisal and assessment functions.
