UCLID Software released a schedule of parcel mapping webinars that will be held in September. Attendees will learn how to increase productivity when working on parcel mapping projects in ESRI ArcGIS. Anyone who works with parcel maps in ArcGIS or plans to in the future is encouraged to attend. The live 30-minute sessions are free of charge. A UCLID representative will conduct the online seminars which cover parcel mapping functions found in IcoMap for ArcGIS. Attendees will learn how to create a parcel layer using both UCLID’s patented point-n-click COGO technology and the ten-key COGO tools. IcoMap’s parcel maintenance tools will also be demonstrated. The webinars will be especially helpful to organizations that work with scanned documents or property legal descriptions in ASCII text format. A question and answer session will follow each webinar.

The webinar schedule was developed to accommodate busy professionals who want to learn about new parcel mapping technology. The idea originated because so many people consistently attend UCLID’s conference presentations. “People know it’s important to stay on top of the latest technology,” explains Joe Hanousek, VP of Sales and Marketing. “Webinars make it easy for people to see how fast our technology is and how much time they can save.”

Everyone who participates in the webinar will receive a white paper on GIS and survey measurements. Participants will also have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one demo to see IcoMap for ArcGIS in use with their documents.
