Paragon's ELT Series software will be integrated with Intergraph's GeoMedia software and offered to Paragon and Intergraph's customer base as a GIS/image exploitation solution. The ELT functionality offers features such as gigabyte-sized image handling, precise image quality, geo-registration, mensuration and image/map comparison tools. This functionality, combined with the GIS support that GeoMedia offers, provides a package for imagery analysis in a geospatial context. The Paragon ELT functionality also provides support of more than 25 image file formats.
GeoMedia's open architecture provides an environment in which Paragon's image exploitation solution becomes an add-on capability. With GeoMedia's innovative data server technology, users will be able to incorporate advanced image and image processing capabilities into a geospatial work environment. While in the process of imagery analysis, users can access and manipulate disparate GIS data in its native format, including many database industry formats. GeoMedia enables users to perform multiple queries, access and analyze data, and make analytical decisions in a single environment.
