PCI Geomatics, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, appointed Richard Nasmith as director of a new business development department and Arnold Hougham as vice-president of sales. Nasmith is responsible for increasing corporate involvement in new areas through joint ventures, strategic alliances and for identifying unique avenues of expansion. Hougham is responsible for overseeing the global promotion of PCI Geomatics products and furthering customer satisfaction.

LAND INFO International, Denver, Colo., added Allen Hines, Matthew Cross and Vinnie Desai to its corporate team. Hines was named vice president of business development and sales, Cross was named senior executive account manager, and Desai was named director of LI tech resources. The new appointments are the latest in a series of moves to expand the company’s services following its acquisition by Mehta Group, India, last November.

Consul-Tech Engineering Inc., Miramar, Fla., selected Vince Antrilli, Dennis Gabriele and Sam Carr to join its associates program. Antrilli is responsible for site and utility design and plan preparation for residential, commercial and roadway projects. Gabriele is responsible for survey operations for both the public and private sector in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. Carr is responsible for project and office management, marketing, client relations, and growth and development of land development services within the central Florida region and in charge of quality control for CTE’s Jacksonville office.

Bradley A. Thomas & Associates, Windsor, Calif., acquired John H. Doble & Associates, Cloverdale, Calif. The acquisition resulted in DobleThomas & Associates, which provides land surveying, engineering and mapping services throughout Sonoma County and the Northbay region. The company offices have been consolidated in Cloverdale, Calif.
