European Space Imaging Signs Z/I Imaging Hellas as a Reseller for Greece 07.02.2003

Agreement expands European Space Imaging market reach to Intergraph's geospatial users.

European Space Imaging and Z/I Imaging Hellas, an Athens-based subsidiary of Z/I Imaging Corporation (an Intergraph company), announced today that they have signed an agreement allowing Z/I Imaging Hellas to become a reseller for European Space Imaging in Greece. This agreement enables Intergraph customers to buy European Space Imaging products directly from Z/I Imaging Hellas. The partnership allows European Space Imaging to broaden its reach into the federal, state and defense geospatial markets where Intergraph products are well known.

"Intergraph is known around the world for its leading geospatial solutions," said Adrian Zevenbergen, Director of Sales of European Space Imaging. "We welcome the opportunity to work closely with Z/I Imaging Hellas to offer our imagery to their user base across multiple markets, including; national intelligence, local government, transportation, utilities, and location-based services. Intergraph's valuable geospatial resources, talented sales force and strong market presence make this relationship a key win for European Space Imaging."

Z/I Imaging Hellas will be able to strengthen and add value to their customer base. By selling European Space Imaging's products, Z/I Imaging Hellas and its channel can provide customers with a single source for high-quality imagery from IKONOS, the world's first commercial high-resolution satellite. "European Space Imaging has an excellent reputation for their imaging products," said Gabriel Mavrellis, General Manager of Z/I Imaging Hellas. "Imagery data is an important component of an overall solution. We're excited to sign as a reseller and enable our customers to take advantage of these products."
