Wind2 Releases Government Contract Management module 12.4.03
The complex cost accounting and reporting requirements of government agencies has long been a challenge for firms providing services to the public sector. Wind2 Software, Inc., Fort Collins, Colo., an established provider of project and financial management software for professional services firms, recognized this challenge and in response recently released its Wind2 Government Contract Management module (GCM). This newest addition to the company's flagship product, Wind2 FMS, addresses the stringent cost accounting and reporting requirements of federal, state and local government agencies. Among other features, Wind2 GCM helps professional services firms track and report on a variety of indirect cost data; comply with FAR, ICE and DCAA requirements; and produce standard government forms 1034 and 1035.
Besides the challenge of meeting government cost accounting and reporting requirements, professional services firms also struggle with finding a software solution that helps them effectively manage their projects businesses. Wind2 FMS has long been known for its innovative and practical approach to addressing these needs, with a plethora of front and back office features that enable government contractors to be more successful.
