MoreCentral Texas surveying equipment supplier Martin Instrument announced the opening of its new 5,000 sq ft full-service facility, to better serve the needs of Central Texas surveyors.
The new Martin Instrument store carries state-of-the-art Trimble and Nikon equipment as well as a full range of surveying supplies, accessories and cables. In addition, the new location includes a training facility specifically designed for continuing education programs, manufacturer presentations and business classes for surveyors.
The facility includes expanded warehouse space and a Trimble factory authorized service center where most repairs can be completed within a week. Martin Instrument also carries a wide range of used and rental equipment.
"We have always focused on being partners to the surveying community, not just another supplier. We believe that's a large factor in our success over the last ten years," said Martin Instrument Owner Marty Richardson. "We had simply outgrown our previous location, and as we planned for the future, we wanted a facility where we could be a business support center to surveyors, not just a source of products.
"We're excited about our new location because it enables us to expand our services to truly meet the broad range of industry needs, like offering our training facility to the surveyor community," he said.
