Thomas R. Seider, PE, is a senior engineer within the Engineering Division. Seider is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Pennsylvania with more than 10 years of engineering experience on a variety of environmental, solid waste and geotechnical projects. He is a resident of Ransomville, New York, and received a bachelor's degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is involved with environmental investigation and remediation projects, Brownfield redevelopment projects and solid waste related design and construction projects.

Rachel Hersee is the technician and will be working within the Survey Division. Hersee has a degree in drafting from Genesee Community College and resides in Alexander, N.Y. Previously, she was employed by the Center for Governmental Research, Inc. (CGR) in Rochester as a research assistant in the GIS department.

After being with the company for over a year as a part-time employee, Scott Paterek has accepted a full-time position in the IT Department. Paterek recently completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Buffalo State College, and currently resides in Lancaster, N.Y.

Heidi Popek has accepted a position as TVGA's receptionist. Popek is currently a resident of Lancaster where she resides with her husband, a self-employed contractor and their 17-year-old triplets. Popek brings more than 15 years of experience to the company.
