MoreTopcon Introduces Cable-Free, Integrated RTK GPS
Topcon has introduced the world’s first completely integrated, cable-free RTK GPS system. Based on Topcon’s HiPer integrated GPS rover, HiPer Lite is the only complete RTK GPS system (base station and rovers) that needs no cables, no external radios, no external power supply—and provides precise, mobile GPS surveying up to 1.5 miles away from the base station. Its range, simplicity and value-pricing make it well suited for construction site surveying and layout.

Its advanced, internal 915 MHz spread spectrum radio has been designed specifically for close-proximity GPS antenna operation, thus eliminating the multiple components, connections and external power requirement of traditional GPS base stations. HiPer Lite is available with dual-frequency GPS reception and offers Topcon’s renowned co-op tracking and AMR (advanced multipath reduction) for continued satellite tracking in adverse reception areas.
HiPer Lite is also fully compatible with a wireless-enabled Topcon FC-1000 data collector.
