Topcon recently introduced new, low-cost software for Windows CE operated field controllers and handheld computers. This new software, CE-CDU, enables Topcon FC-100, FC-1000, and other devices to perform many GPS+ functions found in its PC-CDU software for desktop computers.
CE-CDU allows the user to check or change GPS+ receiver settings, import and export firmware and data, and install OAF files. Detailed satellite information, including skyplots, DOP, and other analysis information can easily be acquired with this new, inexpensive software tool from Topcon.
