Programs can be constructed using a variety of 32-bit Windows-based development languages. These include Visual C++, Visual Basic, .NET, Pascal, Delphi, Visual Power Builder and other visual development environmental languages which can make use of ActiveX controls (OCX).
A single-user developer toolkit is available for $459.99. Once an application is deployed, additional seat licenses range from $120-$20 based upon quantity. Pricing includes the developer's toolkit and street level map data.
