DigitalGlobe is conducting a controlled, three-phase rollout of the company operations that leads to direct product availability in the third quarter of 2002. The first phase of DigitalGlobe's commercial rollout began on February 1. That phase made QuickBird products available to pre-registered customers as well as to master distributors in Europe and Asia. Phase two was initiated last week with the addition of all DigitalGlobe U.S. and International resellers. The third and final phase will begin when DigitalGlobe opens for full commercial operations later this year.
