Free Training Now Offered by Haestad Methods 10.30.2002

Haestad Methods kicked off the opening of its new Connecticut-based educational facility today by launching a series of free training programs for its software clients. These complimentary courses emphasize Haestad Methods' commitment and dedication to its thousands of licensed software users.

Basic training is available to software users on the first Thursday of each month beginning November 7, with the first Friday of each month reserved for Advanced training. Haestad Methods' software clients have the option of enrolling in either one day of Basic training or one day of Advanced training at no charge, or enrolling in both days at a special rate of $495. By combining two days of training, attendees can take advantage of significant cost savings on tuition.

Haestad Methods' wide range of comprehensive courses feature the most advanced water resources design and modeling software available in the hydrology and hydraulics industry, and offer students the opportunity to earn A+ Modeler certification and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) applicable for Professional Engineering license renewal.

On-campus training provides students with a unique opportunity to learn in a one-on-one environment and interact directly with the research and development team. "These new training programs are designed to teach our clients to apply Haestad Methods' software to real-world situations in an efficient and cost-effective manner," said Nicole Beckom, Director of Continuing Education for Haestad Methods. "These courses will help our clients gain the maximum benefit from our technology and enable them to quickly realize a return on their investment."
