The Federal Highway Administration, in association with the U.S. Coast Guard, the National Geodetic Survey, and several other Federal agencies, will host a workshop on the High Accuracy Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System (HA-NDGPS) service from 1:30 PM to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16, at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Auditorium in Silver Spring, MD.
The Federal Highway Administration, in association with the U.S. Coast Guard, the National Geodetic Survey, and several other Federal agencies, will host a workshop on the High Accuracy Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System (HA-NDGPS) service from 1:30 PM to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16, at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Auditorium in Silver Spring, MD.
Preliminary results indicate that the HA-NDGPS service will enable real-time 3-D positioning at an accuracy of 20 cm (95% confidence level) for points located within 200 miles of a single reference station.
