MoreBentley Systems Incorporated announced that together with AECCafe.com it will host a Virtual Bentley International User Conference June 18-20, 2002.
This online event will be an extension of the company's annual user conference that was held May 18-23 in Atlantic City, with some 2,000 attendees. Early registration for the online event is now open at www.virtualbiuc.com.
Registered attendees will have the opportunity to visit the following Bentley booths where they can download technical product information, watch multimedia presentations, learn about product upgrade offers and chat online with Bentley technical experts:

- AEC Content Management and Publishing
- Architectural Design
- Civil Engineering
- Facilities
- Geoengineering
- Plant Design
"While there is no substitute for attending in person, this virtual event will make it possible for those who were unable to attend our user conference in Atlantic City to experience much of it without leaving their desk," said Charley Ferrucci, Bentley vice president of corporate marketing. "And for those that did attend, they can now share the conference content with their colleagues."
Among the other exhibitors from the show floor in Atlantic City that will participate in Virtual BIUC is Platinum sponsor HP. The event will also feature industry experts in daily online chat sessions. An HP iPAQ will be awarded each day to one attendee who registers before June 18 and then attends the event.
The 2003 Bentley International User Conference will be held next May 18-23 in Baltimore, Maryland.
