MoreSpatial Data Technologies (SDT) Inc. of Fort Collins, CO and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. of Redlands, CA announce a business partner agreement between the parties. The agreement confirms SDT as a “Developer” within the ESRI Business Partner Program. "ESRI depends upon business partners such as Spatial Data Tech to integrate the tools that ESRI develops for general use into solutions for a specific application focus," said G. Paul Bailey, Regional Business Partner Manager for ESRI.
“In view of ESRI’s very strong suite of products, the agreement is an excellent way to bring SDT’s strengths in “ease of use” and “speed” to a worldwide community of innovative thinkers”, said Glenn Vlass, President of SDT. “This is a prime example of what you’ll see more of from SDT: smart partnerships and mutually advantageous joint ventures.”
Vlass also announced other agreements, including a pact with Red Hen Systems, Fort Collins, to deliver the first custom DataGATE product optimized for MapInfo users and providing high quality base map data for integration into Media Mapper.
In addition, Spatial Data Technologies and eDAT Corporation have inked an agreement for a agricultural mobile mapping and data collection application integrating SDT’s patent-pending graphics performance for raster and vector data acquisition, capture, viewing and management on Windows CE, which will also include intelligent data entry forms.
