Leica Geosystems has launched a new program that will provide industry-leading support tools for customers. The new Leica Advantage Support Program offers convenient and easy access to the tools users need to get the optimum performance from Leica’s instruments and software.

With Leica Advantage, customers have access to Leica’s extensive knowledge base via a number of different media. Members can obtain access to exclusive areas of the company’s new technical support website, priority telephone support from experienced, factory-trained professionals, internet-based technical training and live technical seminars. In addition, program members will automatically receive firmware and software upgrades and updates, and useful newsletters with timely tips on the best uses of Leica systems. The program covers all Leica total stations and GPS surveying systems.

The Leica Advantage Program has three different support levels designed for different needs and budgets - Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

The Gold Program offers the highest level of service for companies who want comprehensive support. It includes priority access to toll-free telephone support, automatic firmware and software upgrades and updates, advanced Internet-based training programs, a free seat in a local Leica training course, special training rates, exclusive access to special sections of the website and a subscription to Advantage eNews.

The Silver Program includes toll-free telephone support, advanced Internet-based training, automatic firmware and software upgrades and updates, exclusive access to special sections of and a subscription to Advantage eNews.

The Bronze Program provides a basic, self-directed support solution. It includes telephone support, Internet-based training, access to, 90 days free firmware/software upgrades and updates, and notification of upgrades and updates.
