Eagle Point Announces New Executive Team 02.14.2002

New organization allows for increased client responsiveness.

Eagle Point, Dubuque, Iowa, announced its new executive team to lead it into a new era.

Shane Gardner, Vice President, Technology and Services
Gardner will lead Eagle Point's research and development and technical services direction. Gardner worked with the Wisconsin DOT before joining Eagle Point in 1992. He has been involved in a leadership role in various engineering, product development and technical services initiatives.

Mike Lyons, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Lyons will lead the company's communications and revenue generating efforts. Lyons started with Eagle Point in 1994 as a sales associate and has held numerous sales management positions throughout his tenure.

Randy Ambrosy, Vice President, Business Development
Ambrosy will lead the company's strategic alliance and mergers/acquisitions efforts. Starting in 1991 as an account executive, Ambrosy has held numerous management and senior leadership roles.

Jim McCann, Vice President, CFO
McCann will be responsible for all fiscal analysis and financial services for the company. McCann has been with Eagle Point for 10 years, starting as a staff accountant in 1992 and advancing through various management positions in the finance area, most recently as Controller.

Jim Pullen, Vice President, Operations
Pullen will oversee all operational aspects of the company, including Information Technologies, Information Systems and Facilities Management. He has been with the company for nine years. His responsibilities have included the development and directing of many organizational processes to better serve Eagle Point clients.

Tim Axtell, Director, Human Resources
Axtell will lead initiatives in all areas of human resource management, including recruiting and training. He was with Hillcrest Family Services for over 14 years, serving as Director of Human Resources, prior to working at Eagle Point. He is certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
