RefCon Rx provides users with numerous features not available in AutoCAD MAP, including the ability to draw a lat/long graticule on a map and georeference an image that may have been moved or rubber sheeted after insertion. RefCon Rx's rubber sheeting algorithm will honor every control point precisely, no matter how many there are, and you can now morph images as well as vectors.
