MoreNovaLIS is hosting its third annual conference, NovaLIS User Conference 2004 - Serving Your Citizens, this November 8 to 11 in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Users are provided the opportunity to interact with each other in classroom and social settings. They are also able to touch base with NovaLIS' business partners to learn about the complementary services and solutions they provide.
The greatest value of the conference is a series of comprehensive presentations that address the requirements of everyone from the newest customers and partners, to the most technically advanced users of NovaLIS' integrated land records management software. In addition to these presentations, the conference schedule includes a Business Partner Annual Meeting and Partner Expo, a Doctor's Clinic, where customers are encouraged to spend time one-on-one with NovaLIS staff to address technical challenges, and many exciting social events including an Oyster Boil.
For the first time this year, many customers are attending the conference at no additional charge above their regular support and maintenance fees. This has helped encourage more customers to attend, and enabled many jurisdictions to send additional staff.
