MoreAvenza Systems Inc., producers of MAPublisher cartographic software, announced that the Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies at the University of Arkansas (CAST) has chosen the MAPublisher software for use in their cartographic labs.
MAPublisher will be used in both the CAST teaching lab and in a student homework area so that students at the centre will be able to take advantage of the graphics capabilities of MAPublisher to produce high-quality professional-looking cartographic maps from GIS data. CAST and Avenza will also make MAPublisher personal licenses available to students at a reduced cost.
