SECO Released the Mini Stakeout Prism Kit

SECO Manufacturing Company Inc. released the Mini Stakeout Prism Kit. The kit form allows the surveyor to handle topos, stakeout and construction handheld applications. The white site cones on the X- and Y-axis help improve instrument centering at the crosshairs for vertical and horizontal pointing; the horizontal site cones double as tilting axis locks. An adjustable 40-minute circular vial, mounted at center-front, provides easy viewing. The white adapter makes the prism height 115 mm for use with most standard prism poles. The kit features four height configurations (50 mm, 100 mm, 115 mm and 150 mm) and can be handheld, pole-mounted at the top or bottom, or tribrach-mounted. The 25 mm copper-coated prism is moisture-resistant and offers a 3,000 to 4,000 ft range with most instruments. The kit features 0 or -30 mm prism offset positions. The kit weighs around a pound and comes with a heavy-duty padded case. (SECO, Redding, Calif.)
