Bentley Systems, Incorporated, announced that the Bentley Institute has added virtual classrooms to its training subscription program.

Bentley Institute virtual classrooms provide live, instructor-led training over the Web. Certified instructors lead an interactive environment where attendees may ask questions and contribute to classroom dialogue much like in a traditional classroom.

Announced last May, training subscriptions offer Bentley SELECT subscribers convenient, unlimited training on Bentley products for a fixed, attractive price. Managers and executives can more easily maintain well-trained organizations and gain the associated, powerful competitive advantages. Components of the training program include open-enrollment classes, on site classes, curriculum development, and learning management services. Also now included with the program are self-paced tutorials that are available for download from the Web.

Any user of Bentley products can attend the new virtual training sessions at no charge for a limited time. Upcoming virtual training sessions include:

  • Introduction to 3D Feature Modeling on August 26, 2003
  • AccuDraw Tour de Force on September 2, 2003
  • Bentley Structural – Drawing Extraction on September 9, 2003
