MoreEarthMap Solutions, LLC clarifies statements made in its press release of April 20, 2005 that the company was formed by former DigitalGlobe employees to serve the agriculture, forestry and environmental markets. However, EarthMap Solutions is not a spin-off of DigitalGlobe and the company did not receive a capital investment from DigitalGlobe.
EarthMap Solutions has an exclusive license to the AgroWatch suite of information products and intellectual property that were developed and are owned by DigitalGlobe. DigitalGlobe and AgroWatch are registered trademarks of DigitalGlobe.
