The new SPRINTER 100/100M makes leveling easier and faster for all types of jobs, even under low-light conditions when manual staff reading is difficult.

Leica Geosystems has announced the introduction of a new series of affordable, easy-to-use electronic levels providing error-free, fast, reliable and accurate leveling in a rugged package.

SPRINTER 100/100M makes leveling easier and faster for all types of jobs, even under low-light conditions when manual staff reading is difficult. Measurements are displayed and recorded in less than three seconds using a bar-coded staff. The level's electronic eye eliminates the main sources of leveling errors. The built-in tilt-warning sensor ensures that the unit is level before measurements are recorded. Reduced levels and height differences are automatically computed.

Other added value functions include continuous tracking mode, inverse staff measuring mode, onboard adjustment program, auto off power saving and reduced levels input mode.

The SPRINTER 100M model provides internal memory for up to 500 measurements and an RS232 interface for easy data management. The package includes Leica's Geo Office Tools software for easy transfer of data to a computer.
