MoreCraig Davenport, LS, has recently returned to MSA as a survey project manager and is responsible for client relations, setting project scopes and fees, and performing calculations and review of survey products. Davenport has 22 years of survey experience, 14 of which were spent with MSA during a previous period of employment. Davenport is a member of HRACRE and holds professional registrations in Virginia and North Carolina.
MSA P.C. recently hired Michael Slider as a survey technician. Slider has six years of experience performing AutoCAD functions for engineering and survey products. He has produced construction plans for single and multi-family subdivisions and commercial developments and also has experience in paving, grading, and drainage plans.
Additionally, MSA P.C. recently hired Dale Snider as a survey crew chief, Christian Thomas as a survey instrument operator, and Steve Moran returned to the firm as an instrument operator after a brief absence.
Mason Hoggard joined MSA's Environmental Sciences Division as an environmental technician. He maintains and operates the firm's Earthprobe 200 which collects soil and water samples. He also assists in development of Phases I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
MSA P.C. is a regional consulting firm established in 1973 with offices in Virginia Beach and Eastville, Va. The firm specializes in environmental sciences, development planning, land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture.
