IMap Software Training Now Available 12.15.04

POINT Inc.is now offering complete one-day training for its IMap software program.

Sessions will take place on the first Tuesday of each month and will feature a combination of classroom study and hands-on field train ing conducted by experts from the POINT Technical Support Group. Training is available at the POINT headquarters in Olathe, Kansas, or on location. A complimentary lunch and training guide are included.

IMap, sold in conjunction with a variety of SOKKIA GPS systems, offers comprehensive GIS mapping tools with a remarkably simple interface and intuitive workflow.It provides up-to-the second positional information, including easy-to-interpret graphical status displays and quality indicators for accurate data collection and navigation.

POINT is also in the process of developing new, advanced training programs for static and kinematic surveys as well as RTK survey systems; these programs will be available soon. All training sessions must be scheduled in advance. For more information,please contact training@point-inc.com.
