Atwell-Hicks Merges with Civil Engineering Firm

Atwell-Hicks has merged with Seiber, Keast & Associates, a civil engineering firm located in Novi, Michigan.

Atwell-Hicks, one of the fastest growing land development consulting firms in the nation, has merged with Seiber, Keast & Associates, a civil engineering firm located in Novi, Michigan. Brian Wenzel, PE, president and chief operating officer of Atwell-Hicks, made today's announcement.

Seiber, Keast & Associates provides civil engineering design and consulting services to private developers. Their land development services include engineering design of residential subdivisions, condominiums, apartments, industrial buildings, office complexes, and shopping centers throughout southeast Michigan.

Experts in local ordinances, Seiber, Keast & Associates have been providing complete site engineering design services for development to business owners, architects and developers for over 20 years.

The current Seiber, Keast & Associates office in Novi will become Atwell-Hicks eighth office in the country and the fifth office in Michigan. The other Michigan locations are: Ann Arbor, Brighton, Grand Rapids and Shelby Township. The combined companies will create a workforce of 380 employees.
