MoreGeoShack North America Inc., Dayton, Ohio, announced the merger of Anderson-Buckeye and GeoShack Ohio into one company. The combination of these two companies which are recognized leaders with more than 50 years in Ohio, bring improved product offerings, jobsite solutions and service to Ohio contractors and surveyors.
GeoShack Ohio (formerly Blue Beam) is a leading supplier of construction lasers and machine control systems, with specific expertise in 3D machine control. Anderson-Buckeye (formerly Anderson Instruments) is recognized for its survey expertise and has a growing machine control business.
Current locations are Cleveland, Columbus and Canton. Each location offers optical levels, laser levels, estimating and design software, surveying instruments, GPS equipment, and 2D and 3D machine control systems, service centers, supplies and accessories, plus a great choice of rental equipment.
The combined business will operate under the GeoShack name and will be one of the GeoShack North America partner companies. Effective with this merger, GeoShack North America has 15 offices in four states plus locations in Canada, and more than 100 employees.
