Dr. Farrington has more than 14 years in the civil engineering field. Her experience includes management of federal and municipal projects; coordination and management of large private and commercial projects; organization of contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers; and construction management.

At Masson & Associates, Inc., Dr. Farrington will specifically be responsible for project design and management; quality control; tentative and final maps; grading and improvement plans; cost estimates; street and highway alignment studies; sewer studies and design; record drawings; and agency processing.

Dr. Farrington received her BS in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, her MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, and her Doctorate of Philosophy, Civil Engineering from Clemson University. She is a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASCE), the Construction Research Council of the ASCE, and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) Prior to joining Masson & Associates, she served as a preconstruction manager for a general contracting firm specializing in land planning, office, medical, government, high-end residential and recreation construction.
