Campbell joins the team to support the firm's seamless approach to providing Subsurface Utility Exploration and Utility Engineering services. She has more than fifteen years experience in the engineering industry. Over the past ten years she has concentrated on utility coordination in the area of transportation engineering, gaining extensive knowledge of the requirements of the process. She has performed site and plan reviews, prepared utility conflict matrices, facilitated problem-solving workshops with project teams, and executed work schedules and agreements, with the end result being utility certifications.
