Brown has more than 23 years of experience in surveying and mapping, specializing in photogrammetry, surveying, and GIS. As photogrammetry's newest project director, he will be responsible for promoting Woolpert's innovative mix of surveying, mapping, and GIS services to enhance existing customer relationships, and to develop new opportunities in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and other key service locations. He will contribute his extensive project management, contracting, and production experience in monitoring project activities as well as providing technical assistance and project quality assurance/quality control for federal, state, county, municipal, and AEC project initiatives.

Brown earned his bachelor's degree in surveying and mapping from the University of Florida. He is a registered professional surveyor in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Missouri. He is a member of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Urban and Regional Information Systems Association, and Florida Surveying and Mapping Society.
