Roger Harrah, PSM, was named president of the Tennessee office. Bill Menard and Ron Herr, both professional surveyors and mappers, have joined the Orlando office as vice-president and project manager respectively.

Harrah has been involved in civil engineering, surveying and computer technology for nearly 30 years and over the last 10 years has geared his expertise towards community development. Menard, a native of Maine, has stepped into the responsibilities left by Harrah in his role as vice president of the Florida office. Herr began his surveying career in 1977 and has since focused on municipal support surveying.

Leading Edge also has plans for further expansion in Florida with regional satellite offices designed to better serve job sites outside of Orlando. As the company continues to evolve its regional focus, additional locations across the Southeast are being planned.
