POINT Inc., providing GPS Solutions for SOKKIA, is now offering complete one-day training for its Stratus L1 integrated GPS system with Stratus Controller Software. The program also includes an introduction to Spectrum Survey Post-Processing Software. Sessions are available on the first Wednesday of each month and will feature a combination of classroom study and hands-on field training conducted by experts from the POINT Technical Support Group. Training will take place at the POINT headquarters in Olathe, Kansas, or on location. A complimentary lunch and training guide are included.

SOKKIA's Stratus is a fully integrated L1, 12-channel GPS receiver capable of both static and kinematic surveys. By integrating the receiver, antenna, memory and batteries in one lightweight package, Stratus offers cable-free operation. The rugged, sealed enclosure ensures durability in the harshest of environments. Spectrum Survey is a comprehensive, easy-to-use Windows-based software package that supports all phases of GPS survey operations. Spectrum Survey Suite combines Spectrum Survey and Planning into one software package, providing all of the tools you need to successfully manage your project.

The Stratus training program is available for SOKKIA GPS dealers as well as end users. There will be no charge for dealers. For more information about this program, or any of the advanced SOKKIA GPS training programs offered by POINT Inc., please contact training@point-inc.com.
