Since 1975, Point of Beginning, also known as POB, has been serving the surveying and mapping profession as an informative national publication. In recent years, we’ve added electronic media including eNewsletters, a comprehensive website, digital magazines and an industry bulletin board, www.RPLS.com. As our mission states, we are dedicated to helping the geomatics industry succeed through our coverage of new applications and evolving technologies, practical solutions to surveying and mapping problems, and business, legal and educational issues. BNP Media publishes POB twelve (12) times per year with its main distribution in the United States.
Our average BPA-qualified circulation per issue is more than 39,000, and POB is proud to note that each subscriber has personally requested the publication in the past two years.* Target markets are high-level professionals in the surveying, mapping, engineering and related geomatics fields.
