The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) COBRA 2009 research conference will, once again, feature a legal research symposium organised by CIB Working Commission W113 on Law & Dispute Resolution. This is now an established feature at the annual COBRA conference with law papers representing almost one third of all papers presented at the most recent COBRA conference in Dublin in September 2008.

The COBRA 2009 conference will be held on 10 – 11 September 2009 in the magnificent setting of the University of Cape Town, South Africa. The conference registration and reception will take place at the Two Oceans Aquarium on Cape Town Waterfront and delegates will attend a conference banquet at the Silvertrees restaurant at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, a magical setting nestling beneath Table Mountain.
