About the Land Surveyor in the Courtroom program:
This program is an often-requested return to the past with a twist on the present and future. Much has changed since this type of seminar devoted to legal aspects and a Mock Trial was presented. In fact, many of our younger surveyors will never have encountered this topic before. We are expecting rave reviews from both experienced and newly licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) surveyors after attending this conference. An expert line-up of speakers will take participants though topics germane to actual court cases and then cap the conference off with a Mock Trial complete with judge, jury, expert witnesses and counsel for the aggrieved parties! There will be lots to learn for everyone. Be sure to make your reservations early, space may be scarce.
